Overview of corporate governance policies and practices
Sirisoft Public Company Limited (“the Company”) places great importance on governing its operations in compliance with laws, objectives, regulations, and resolutions of the Company’s shareholders' meetings. The Company has formalized its practices in accordance with the Principles of Good Corporate Governance for Listed Companies 2012, as prescribed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”), and the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies 2017, as set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), in preparation for becoming a listed company. This governance ensures the Company’s operations are efficient, effective, and transparent for investors, thereby building trust in the Company’s business activities among external stakeholders.
The Company’s good corporate governance policy covers 8 key principles as follows:
