Policy on Social, Environmental, and Stakeholder Responsibility for Business and Societal Sustainability
Sirisoft Public Company Limited (“the Company”) and its subsidiaries recognize the importance of their responsibilities to society and communities, and they are fully committed to environmental, social, and economic responsibility. This dedication is intended to achieve sustainable development goals and foster positive relationships while considering potential impacts on society, the environment, and various stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, partners, competitors, and creditors. As a result, the Company has established this Policy on Social, Environmental, and Stakeholder Responsibility to guide its business operations, ensuring the sustainability of both the Company and society as a whole, as outlined below.

The Company and its subsidiaries have a policy to instill a positive attitude and build a corporate culture that encourages employees to take responsibility for the society they share. This commitment is considered a core mission to create projects and activities that contribute to the development of society and communities. Therefore, the Company has established a sustainability policy to promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This policy aligns with the Company's goal of contributing to both national and global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Board of Directors will oversee the Company’s objectives, goals, and strategies to ensure alignment with the Company’s core mission and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Board will govern the Company’s actions through the following guidelines:
The Board of Directors will oversee the development of strategies and annual plans to ensure they align with the Company’s primary objectives and goals, taking into account environmental and social impacts, including respect for human rights and comprehensive corporate governance practices. The Board will also support the monitoring and review of the implementation of these strategies and goals in the short, medium, and long term, to ensure that the Company’s strategies and plans achieve the intended objectives.a
The Board of Directors will ensure that an analysis of the environment, factors, and risks that may impact relevant stakeholders throughout the business value chain is conducted when formulating strategies and annual plans. This includes considering all factors that may influence the achievement of the Company’s core objectives. Mechanisms will be established to gain a genuine understanding of stakeholders' needs, ensuring comprehensive and effective strategic planning.
The Board of Directors will oversee the proper control of the Company’s operations and ensure that the Company’s core objectives and goals are effectively communicated. These objectives and goals will be conveyed through strategies and operational plans, enabling all employees across the Company and its subsidiaries to understand and implement them.

Executives and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries must adhere to policies and work practices divided into environmental, social, and economic sustainability. The details are as follows:
2.1 Environmental Sustainability

2.2 Social Responsibility
Additionally, the Company promotes compliance with human rights requirements by encouraging participation and providing channels for complaints from those who may have suffered rights violations resulting from the Company’s operations. Appropriate remediation actions are taken to address such issues.
